Together with the provincial and city representatives and volunteers, Bukas Kalinaw Association Inc delivered 161 food packs from the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) to mitigate food crisis in the area.

BUKAS KALINAW ASSOCIATION INC. together with the 403rd Infantry Peacemaker Brigade and the Provincial Government of Bukidnon successfully delivered relief goods to communities affected by the armed conflict through a series of relief operations from December 26,2023 until January 26,2024. Around 707 families received the food assistance in 11 sitios of four (4) barangays all in Malaybalay City. These activities showcases the collective efforts of total of fifteen (15) units, agencies and organizations responded and participated in the relief operation.

December 26,2023 – Bukas Kalinaw Association Inc. with the volunteers quickly responded to the needs of the residents of Sitio Kiito, Barangay Can-ayan, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. Armed skirmishes between the AFP and NPA affected the economic activities of the residents.

The QRT associates Information Drive about the incident and campaign to support the government troops in for peace and development through a short program before the distribution of the relief goods.

BGEN MICHELE B ANAYRON JR PA, Commander of the 403rd Infantry Peacemaker Brigade, delivered a message for peace to the residents of Sitio Kilap-agan, Barangay Can-ayan, Malaybalay City during the opening of the relief operations.
