Quick Response to communities in crisis of Pigbuligaan-Bukas Kalinaw staff in Sitio Kiito, Brgy. Can-ayan, Malaybalay City on December 27,2023. This is through the initiative of BGEN MICHELE B ANAYRON JR, Commander 403^rd Brigade and in partnership with the City Risk Reduction Management Office (CDRRMO) – Malaybalay, Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO)- Bukidnon, and 8^th Infantry Battalion. Clashed between the government troops and NPA Guerillas happened in the said Sitio on December 26,2023.
