Residents of Upper Mapulo, Malaybalay City are thankful for the food packages they received from City Social Welfare and Development Office – Malaybalay City lead by Sir Hilsam Quemada. This activity is part of the 403rd Infantry Brigade, 8th Infantry Battalion, Bukas Kalinaw and Pigbuligaan Relief Mission to conflict-affected barangays.
