December 28,2023 – Pigbuligaan Secretary Honeylyn Babila delivered a warm message during the Pigbuligaan Relief Operation in Sitio Kilap-agan, Barangay Can-ayan, Malayblay City. The community was affected by the armed conflict between the government troops and New People’s Army remnants. Around 183 families received food packs.
